Thanks, I really like your style. And hope I can get to be that good in practive :3

But the first step would probably be getting used to my drawing tablet; And I haven't quite done that yet...

Tablets are a huge changed from using a mouse. The best tip I can give is to work on drawing things at random. A tuft of fur, circles of a body, an ear, a paw, some scales... Just to get a feel for things and test out the programs.

No problem! Sketch out markings, too. Stripes, spots, patches of white, swirls, things like that. And eyes, lots and lots and lots of eyes.
