K... so this isn't a Group, then why are random people replying?
To note, when submitting, it is possible to submit directly to a Group you own without it actually being submitted into your personal gallery. Reduces this level of redundancy.

This account was created to log group information! It's information we cannot upload to the group account due to restrictions that are put on group accounts. There will be a lot less repetition once we get our system set up!

The only one I can think of is the 10 Submissions per member, per day. If you're doing a transfer from this account to your actual Group, your actually limiting yourself more this way (since if there is say 5 of you signed into this account, and this account will eventually post to your group, you're only getting 10 per day vs a potential 50). Going the other way means more micro-managing (people submit to you individually, and then you add it to this account, so lots of comment fielding). Doesn't stop the upload to Browse > Newest issue regardless...

In all fairness for a bit of a spam/flood upload rate, I'd prefer dull than what we normally get on this website (lots of crappy sketches from some twitty newb, people who are trolling (usually with grotesque, uncensored content), lots of stolen work). Granted, this isn't the most conventional way to use this website. Hmm...

If it's "tracking members' horses", have you tried using Stash folders? Create one stash folder, label it as "Jamie's Stable" (for example). Add all of their horses as individual files. Single image from said folder can be added to the group, and using one image to represent it. The rest of their stable can either be downloaded, or links to it provided directly on the representative image. Get less flooding on dA, and you get them grouped by individual owner more easily. Also allows you to edit them without submitting over and over again. And it's a way to get that representation in the group and still adhere to those submission restrictions.

Unfortunately with over 700 members, that would be impossible. We are going to have all 5600+ horses on this account for a simple, easy way to look up a horse quickly. Plus we enjoy the way this system works once it's all up and running, but thanks for your input
