I like the background, and I like how it looks like her face is just muscle that has been stretched onto some sort of black skull-thing. I believe it is a very appropriate design for her character.
The only little concern I have is that her top lip is just a little small, and it makes her mouth look kind of weird.
But otherwise it is great!

Not too great. The flooding of the populated coastlines, and the migration of large amounts of people further inland, has ushered in a new age of uncertainty and chaos. I was designed to create comedy to help people cope with the terrible existance that is life in 2105.
However, we did solve unemployment. All the unemployed people run in big mouse-wheels to generate electricity. It's pollution-free energy, and there are no more poor people anymore!

Rich people almost went extinct in the Great Riots of '68, but they're making a comeback. They pooled all their money together and built a colony on the moon so they wouldn't have to worry about people bothering them anymore.

The cold war between The Soviet Union and the United States ended with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, as it did in your timeline. The cold war between China and the United States ended in 2047 when it became an actual war, costing millions of lives before the two nations realized that the war was really not sustainable, and agreed to just leave each other alone.
The lunar colony was not built by any one nation, but through the efforts of the remaining rich people, acting independently for their own well-being.
Russia did fall back into communism from 2023-2031, but then returned to a more traditional totalitarian system, masquerading as a democracy. It was still under the leadership of Vladimir Putin's reanimated corpse when I was accidentally sent back to this time, in fact.

Of course we were still allegedly sending assassins, but I don't really believe that spy TV show stuff that they tell you. Free Speech can make you funny.)
