how do you apply the tattoos it's something ive wanted to know for a while

use the Multiply layer blending mode, anything white will be see-through, anything color will show up as a tattoo

Find the picture of the tattoo you want to apply. Use the gimp or photoshop open your subject then add the tattoo on a new layer. Select the tattoo layer position it where you want it then set the layer blend mode to multiply.
