hey Ben, your art is simply amazing! Your pieces would look incredible on t-shirts; there should be a fashion collection based on your work! Keep it up buddy! You're a shining example for linework artists.

Love your artwork, so i made a fox: elaphure.deviantart.com/art/to-war-517624215
Any tips? Thanks.

I would recommend giving your drawings more volume and form. It looks a bit flat at the moment. I would also play with more shading and contrast to make the image pop more.

I love the detail and complexity of your work. Random question, have you ever done a pumpkin/halloween design? I got married on halloween--my favorite holiday, and think that with your style you could create an amazing piece!!!

BioWorkZ In reply to LumyRainstar [2015-02-25 16:12:29 +0000 UTC]
Nope, never drew a pumpkin. I'm in love with animals, so I'll most likely stick with that subject matter. I appreciate the suggestion.

I've seen your work on t-shirts and phone cases around my university campus! Any advice for an aspiring artist?

BioWorkZ In reply to Wajanja [2015-02-24 15:46:21 +0000 UTC]
Oh cool! Glad to hear my work is getting around.
My advice is to practice practice practice. Then practice some more especially when you don't feel like it.
Feel free to ask me anything. I love to help aspiring artists.
Cheers!!!

Thank you so much for responding! (sorry this is so late by the way) I was wondering how to actually get my artwork noticed and seen by people? I am going to work the whole summer building my portfolio and making it huge, but i don't really know what to do after that....any ideas?
Thanks so much Β

If you produce good art, getting "noticed" will be taken care of automatically. If your objective is to get noticed, you're not going to get very far. If you love what you do and create awesome work, you won't need to worry about getting noticed. Like they say, "cream floats to the top".
