Meh I did do some video of myself, I'll edit it later because there's a lot of editing to do on it, beacuse I was freakin useless lol, Man I gotta get back into fitness mode again. Anyway I'll be sure to let you know when I upload it, probably soon beacuse I've got my brothers basketball tournament I gotta edit and he's got 3 dvd's worth of footage for me to scrounge through, so that will take up a lot of my time.
Anyway man keep up the good work, I just enjoy editing it's good practice for me

Man I got a few of the bro's over last week to do some boxing and kicking training, just got them to break out of their shame for doing counting exercises out in the open like star jumps and stuff lol. Anyway I forgot how uncoordinated first timers are, man you have to stress the importance of technique to keep them from injury. But they really enjoyed it, I think the part they enjoyed the most was the 30 second blast on the bag-minute break then another 30 sec-then another min then one last 30 seconds. man they were buggered after that. I actually find it quite enjoyable with company around, also showed them basic combos that they found quite fluent to do, just the basic lead jab to lead front kick switch right straight, but in one flowing combination. it was definatly something different for them. But i'll get them to focus on the basic 1 jab 2 straight 3 Left hook 4 right hook 5 Left uppercut 6 Right Uppercut. Then get them to memorise whats what then shout random combinations like 1,1,4,1,2 especially with a switch on 2 oooh lots of fun.
