at the top of everyones profile there is a botton that says give. its at the top right corner. if you want to give points to someone you go to that persons profile and click that give button and it will give you the option of giving other stuff aswell, like llamas
if you want to check how many points you have then hover over the shop button that is located near the top right hand side of the devaint art banner, its visible anywhere on devaiantart. if you want to get points you can start a donation pool, like i did on my profile
