Thing is Thrawn is all about galactic-wide strategy , there are other fine strategists in other movies and franchises but who don't necessarily know a thing about starships or anything ...

My first is a chiss female that is once a sepratist turn to rebel the whole story will come with the picture but I call her the anti thrawn because she cares for all sentient beings, and knows how an enemy fights by how they write, and some calculations, by using an abicus, but her rise to sepratist high council was short live because the others were killed but she survived darth vaders rampage

Of course in eu the holdouts got absorbed into the rebellion, I altered it a bit where a large separatist holdout cell made a peace treaty with the remnants of the old republic, and gotten obi wan to sign it, so the both sides can fight the new sith empire, stating that anything that started the clone wars dosent happen again, as long as the holdouts don't use any old practices to fight wars
