I like you use of color and just the way you shaped Lugia. You kind of give it more of a dragon like appearance which gives it a more mysterious look to it.

I really appreciate the feedback! I think the "dragon" appearance was what they were going for, mostly, in the Pokémon franchise, and I did my best to import the soft lighting that usually comes with being underwater. Thanks so much for giving me insight! I'll definitely use this to improve my works in the future!
