Ok! ^^ So, the main purpose of the group is travel the world through art! There will be 5 main characters (which will be given to the winners of the competition) . The winners have to draw them with a certain theme of each country (all countries will be included in this project) that will be one drawing of the character alone and one collab with the 4 other winners. Information for each country will also be included by the group admins! And thats the general idea. About the contest, you have to use an Oc of yours, (or even make a new one) and present him with a theme from a country you choose (An example is Japan-draw your character as a geisha) Everybody can enter in the first part (the one just described) In the second part now, only the winners from the first part can participate (they will be more than 5) and they have to draw the 5 main characters of the project! Depending on their skills, they will each be given a character. There will also be chosen some second-place winners (also five) that can replace the winners in case anything happens and they can't participate. Hope that explains things a little :3

Here's one incredible thing about the Internet: once you get on, everyone gets an equal opportunity to use it. But Verizon, Comcast and other big US corporations are determined to change that,Β and kill an Internet that's open for all.Β
Internet service providers (ISPs) like Verizon and Comcast are pushing the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to make changes that would create an Internet βfast laneβ --Β where websites would need to pay ISPs a premium to ensure high-speed connections. ISPs would have the right to choose which services get fast traffic and small businesses that can't afford premiums could be slowed down to a crawl.Β
But the fight to save the open Internet is heating up. Consumers and a handful of companies including Netflix are standing up to the ISPsβ profit scheme. If ISPs like Verizon prioritize some traffic over others, it will hurt everyone -- consumers, start-ups, and small businesses alike.
The FCC is asking the public right now what to do -- and unless they hear from us, the FCC will hand over control of the Internet to Verizon and Comcast

I am opposed to the FCCβs proposed rules that allow corporations to take control of the Internet. I support equal and open Internet access. Please change the FCCβs proposed rules and regulate broadband Internet providers as common carriers so that the Internet will not be divided into a fast lane for corporations and a slow lane for everyone else.
