There is also another thing I'm trying to do a co author of mind shut down his Fanfiction account and I'm trying to recover and post the story I helped work on with him I have the stuff or at least most of it and plan to repost them. Their still on his deviantart account lucky enough.
He closed it due to apparently he was feeling guilty for not being able to finish some of his stories.

I see... Maybe check if his old FF.net pages are still on Archive.org. That would help.

Well thanks for the help the fact is especially annoying when I see in search engines I keep finding it in fanfic.net links but they don't go anywhere so the info is still there only it seem's buried.
I really wish he didn't get rid of those stories before talking to be since I was the co author I got the first book and the first 2 chapters of the second but nothing else nor with any of the other story ideas of stuff for further chapters are still around. I may have to do more looking for those but it's a bit difficult. Especially after a cras for one of my hard drives not I'm looking in any of my earlier drives if they have the copies. But it maybe a bit difficult.
The name of the title is Transformers Prime: Dawn of the Dinobots.
Bigsby or friend of the doctor is a good writer it's just he has a habbit of deleting stories when he can't update them in a while which annoys people since even if they aren't finished their still good stories.

I know, there are authors who do this with their unfinished works. Sometimes it can get really frustrating to recover the few bits still left around.
Hope you get to find the stories you need.

Let me tell you something.
I don't read other people's fan fics for a few reasons.
1. I don't want to be inspired and accidentally steal someone else's ideas.
2. I don't want to put myself in the position to nitpick and point out discrepancies in the story.
Listen, this is MY story! Stop trying to alter, change and argue with me. It's wasting both of our time and it's stressful.
If you can't take the story the way it is, then by all means, stop reading.

Writing this story was the first thing that ever gave me confidence, that I was good at something that I could probably put to use in my life.
I knew from the start that my story wasn't perfect, and temporary, but I did the best I could.

I agree but it's how my mind works I look though everything I like and sometimes I can't stop but reread it several times.
The more I like something the more critical I can be at it. Unfortionally I tend to over do any comments and ideas because everything I read that I really like I always think of multiple avenues and possibilites that could happen and such.
I really don't like making writers angry or depressed it's just that I have no idea when to stop I just need to be told when to stop sorry.

I will admit I was a little flattered you put so much energy into my work.
And it's made me realize some of my weaker points. I'm terrible at the politics, the intricacies of security and all the more complicated stuff. I try not to think about it. I bypass it for convenience. I know it's not right, but at the time, there was nothing known about what happens after Halo 3.
Things were so much easier in Part I.

True it may have been easier if you had the Admeral just not tell Oni about Samus and just make them go on a wild goose chase about finding some animal life that seem's to prey on the flood. That's true enough.
But then again it's always easier starting the chapter for some for me that's the hardest part. I can picture great middles and acelerating parts in the plots but when it comes to the start. I'm terrable at it which is why I don't do much fanfiction I can never think of a good start to any.

For me, what started all of this, was one little idea.
What if the Kig-Yar sided with the Space Pirates?

THat idea wouldn't have occured to me. It's definitely a great idea though both are really pirates at heart.
Oh I just remembered you should look up historically how Pirates conducted themselves. Did you know Pirates made it that the crew wasn't allowed to get drunk and gambling was illegal. If you took money you were to save it for a rainy day.

Aqua311 In reply to Command12000 [2013-08-16 23:46:25 +0000 UTC]
That's what makes it work. The Space Pirates already took in the Ki-Hunter insect race and they were pirates in their own way.
With the Kig-Yar, they found the perfect welcoming party into the Halo universe.
And I prefer Pirates of the Caribbean. I love those movies.

I like them to I also enjoy the Pirate vs Ninja comics their really funny.
I keep thinking about what would happin if Pirates from Pirates vs ninja's enters the world of Naruto looking for some lost treasure and Pirates haven't been seen in this part of the world since the Great Pirate Ninja war.

Never watched Naruto, nor do I know about a Pirates vs Ninjas comic.
But I have heard about pirates versus ninjas in general and it confuses me.
Why put pirates against ninjas in the first place? Where's the logic behind that?

Command12000 In reply to Aqua311 [2013-08-17 01:04:57 +0000 UTC]
I have no clue but the result was amazingly funny. Apparently it started out as some sort of internet meme that turned into a comic.
They have a website dedicated to seasonal votes to see which would win during which season.
Its strange though the Ninja's in there have stealth speed and such and the Pirates seem to have the ability to resist deep gashes and explosives.
I like it when one ninja said, "How did you survive that those were killing blow's?"
the Pirate replied, "Well then it's a good thing we were drunker that we were yesterday we barely felt those taps."
Also as far as I can think for a Metroid crossover with halo the best I could ever come up with is a UNSC ship arriving at some abandoned Federation facility to investigate something and the Federation also show's up as well as the Pirates. the ships actually get stuck due to an unknown reason and the 3 groups actually start fighting each other and the Federation group in the ship has orders by the corrupt groups in the Federation to eliminate all evidance and anyone who finds out what happened to this station.
However it quickly is shown that despite the UNSC seeming to have more primitive tech they have been able to actually keep the Pirates and Federation to a stand still.
Now Samus show's up and she's trying to unravel the mystery about just who and what the UNSC is as well as what's going on with this station.
I always kept think on how to start something like that but then again every idea usually isn't good. I can think of a good plot and run with it but starting it it's always trips me up horribly. I prefer to give others ideas and see what they do with it and something they come up with something great with something I gave them that actually has nothing to do with my suggestion.

If ninjas fought pirates on a ship, pirates would have home field advantage. The pirates know their ships, how to climb them, which ropes are connected to what and they're used to the sea.
God forbid a ninja gets sea sick during a fight.
But if pirates were to raid a ninja stronghold, they're fucked.

In the comic both sides sort of balanced out in an interesting way.
In the first comic the scribe double crossed both the Pirates and Ninja's and stole the treasure both were looking for so both sides stopped fighting because what they came for was no longer there.
The next season of comic show's both sides suddenly attacking London after the scribe to find out where he hid the treasure. it was pretty interesting how they fought each other and the British soldiers.

Command12000 In reply to Aqua311 [2013-08-17 02:35:27 +0000 UTC]
the Treasure was 2 weapons 1 a hook arm from the first Pirate. and the other was a sword belonging to the Gratest ninja in the world those were the only 2 artifacts left belonging to them left over from the first Ninja Pirate war which also started the fued between Pirate and Ninja.
The Ninja's wanted to sword to reclaim lost honor and power.

Aqua311 In reply to Command12000 [2013-08-17 03:16:54 +0000 UTC]
Sounds more like renown.
Some forms of honor are so hollow.
Ever watched Fifth Element? Here's an interesting quote.
"I never liked warriors. Too narrow minded, no subtlety. Worse, they fight for the most hopeless of causes, honor. Honor's killed millions of lives, I haven't seen it save a single one. I'll tell you what I do like: a killer. A dye in the wool, cold blooded killer. Cool, clean, methodical. Now if a killer had picked up the ZF1, he would have immediately asked about the little red button at the bottom of the gun,"
Ninjas fit the definition of killer more than warrior.

From what I can tell it would give their clan more prestige and likely make other clans subervient to them. Like getting a rallying symbol. That and apparently the sword and the hook also have mystical powers. The hook enable it's wielder to command the seas, it's inhabatance, and conjure mystical creatures and the sword...I forgot what it does (one thing was to summon a large creature) but it's bruitally effective and on the same power.
I yes I think that a Ninja clan would love to get a hold of that weapon and then show it that since they have that weapon their clan is now the most powerful ninja clan in Japan.

Power and honor are not the same things.
Something both ninjas and Sangheili tend to forget sometimes.

I know their not. They want 2 things or more. I know their killers and not warriors.
But war is not just straight up fighting it can be more secretive. Also during it ninja's always kept using stealth hits and surprise attack's.
A ninja also tried to poison several the pirate create crew once. He poured black widow venom into the Beer. Then after he did that he saw the cook poor another type of poison into the stew to spice the flavor. Then the captain showed up saying that the cook always skimps on the poison and starts to poor an increadably deadly poison into the vat as well. Then you see an absolute look of horror on the ninja's face.
To be honest I think the Ninja's are more interested in the power they can get and the ability to command the other clans.
I did think it was amazing to see the Pirate captain use the hook to summon a giant fire breathing parrot to do battle against the mythical monster the Ninja clan leader summoned.

THey showed at one time durring the final battle between pirate an ninja the First Pirate summoned a Kracken to kill the Gratest Ninja.
Also the two sides were on land I think it would take to long for a kracken to get there.
But then again it had several really awesome fight scenes. Personally I was rooting for the pirates.
