In all honesty dude, it's not good. The lines are all over the place, the colors are splotchy and messy, and I can hardly tell what the hell is going on in the picture.
Edit: And he's not doing useless shit for your art, he could actually provide more constructive criticism than I can provide.

I just recommend straightening up your lines instead of making them so shaky, and practice a little bit of anatomy in order to get distinct body shapes. If you'd like, you can take a look in my favorites folder for drawing references done by people like Kibbitzer.
