Anyways onto this little.... dispute?

pre13.deviantart.net/96d7/th/p… and this vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/v… look nothing a like, only by colour and gem placement. That gender appearance makes a huge difference.

And even if it looks exactly like the character, So what? As I've said before, Steven Universe is a show where different gemstones look the same, the differences can be gem placement, hair style and character as seen here: 36.media.tumblr.com/6abc75c4d3… and with the three pearls: 36.media.tumblr.com/da37e79ae3…

They would not be able to sue because the show in itself says that gemstones of different kinds will look a like. That would contradict their case, would it not?

We have not even gotten a full character biology from XombieJunky himself so for you to say that the two gems are exactly the same would not be logical.
