I just had to add you. My husband works on WH 40K Space Marines and I have been looking very seriously into getting into it myself, I want to paint the Necron though. You do a very nice job on the figures.

thanks for the watch, I have 'crons too in my collection. The hobby is expensive but it can be very de-stressing. There is supposed to be new rules and some new miniatures coming out for Necrons next year too (although the base warrior kits should stay as is), so keep your eyes peeled there may be a re-vamp in order (now with airbrushey goodness!)

That sounds great I will be sure keep my eyes open for some new Necrons! The hobby is a little expensive but it's worth it in the end I myself haven't fully got into the game yet but I'm working on it, the guys down at the games workshop store are always wanting us to come in and paint and play with them so I'm going to have to learn it one of these days.

No worries, the skin tones in your drawings are blended amazingly well. I struggle with that when I am painting miniatures (used to painting armour).

Indeed, I find your style very crisp and neat.
Your piece "Soochi Scratch", is particularly interesting, a nice blend of pulp sci-fi and eastern cyberpunkishness (is that even a valid descriptive word? if not it is now lol). And the colours, while they would be garish on alot of things, really just work with the character.
Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

no worries, while I am not super big on the content of most of your stuff, that back grounds give my some interesting thoughts on 3D stuff. The plinth and rock setting of your 300,000 views pic strikes me as somethat could easily be very Lovecraftian if made darker.

I've long since accepted that the taste/flavor of the main theme in most of my work isn't for the majority of the world; though I must confess that while some watchers have commented before about various details in the background they like, I think you're the first person who watches me with more of an interest in the backgrounds of my work than the foreground content.

I do enjoy the odd bondage pics (I personally am a big fan of Luis Royo) i find the places you set your stuff quit well executed. As much as the core content is complex the backgrounds are too.

Yeah I have been scratch building Sci-Fi minis since 2001, I started painting and collecting them in about 1991. I guess I have a little practice lol.
I bought a commercial version of 2010 to replace my aging student version (v10) so that I could actually make money with my CAD stuff.
Also Bridge as in "span over an open space" or "starship command and control"?
If it helps and is the latter I could work on the head interior soon (planned for next week or the week after) I may not get much done this weekend because I will be at the Brisbane Supanova pop culture expo Friday-Sunday.
If I could I would do this instead of my day job, but a man has gotta make money.
