I just finished reading Graceling, which was bloody awesome. I'm also working my way through the Sandman Chronicles by Neil Gaiman, and right now I'm reading The Last Unicorn. XD
(I read a book about every 2-3 days, so... yeah)

The Last Unicorn? I know of a cartoon movie that I grew up with that same title perhaps it's based off that book. I have not heard of those other books I will have to found out more about them. What kind of genre are they? Fantasy? If my memory serves me right that is the type of books you loved to read was fantasy.
What are Graceling and Sandman about? Must be good books if they catch your interest. ^_^

Yes, the Last Unicorn is the same as that cartoon.
Sandman is a comic book series that centered around the god of dreams. I don't usually read comics (at least not American ones), but this one is very different from your average comic book.
Graceling is a newer book, and if I had to sum it up quickly I'd say it was a medieval version of X-Men XD. Certain people, called gracelings, are born with various powers, and generally ostracized by the normal people. The main character is a girl with the power of killing. It's very good.
And yes, generally I love sci-fi and fantasy.

So Sandman is a different kind of comic you say? Different from Manga or American comics or both?

Yes, you would definitely like Graceling.
Sandman is an American comic, and it's drawn in the American style for the most part, but it's.... deeper, more intelligent than just Superman or Hulk comics, you know?

Its really hard to find something intelligent and creative in a comic these days not counting manga because anime itself is unique. Almost anyone can think of a person with abnormal super powers but to go beyond that I wonder sometimes if some people try. I wish they would then we can see what they are capable of, if only they would push a little further.
