It's not that easy at my workplace, unfortunately. I'll likely have to change jobs altogether, which honestly wouldn't be too terrible, I guess, since I drive about 90 minutes to and from work each day, and have a shift that typically starts around 9:30 - 10pm, and lets out when the job is done, usually sometime after 7-8am, and has occasionally been as late as 11am. Oh, and it's still technically part time, so I have no benefits.
