I've wanted to ask you a question ever since I saw your lion pieces. How do you draw your lions, where do you start in terms of proportions and how did you get so good at drawing them. I want to get better at drawing anthropomorphic lions and others for this small passion project I had dealing with lions.

Normally I started with the eyes, nose and cheek. Lion do have a very big and unique cheek.
You need to keep in mind that male lion are just lioness with mane so when you add the mane imagine how will they look without mane, if they might look wrong then it is wrong.
Another method is the length between nose and ears should be double from eyes to nose. I hope that help!
