Your art isn' that bad, in my opinion.
However, I could give some advises:
You could try do some researches to improve your drawing, as well as do some experiments on anatomy, colour pallete, poses, etc.
That way, you slowly can improve on your art.
Don't worry, never rush to improve your art. You will see how much you've improve one day. Lastly, have fun experimenting. Art is suppose to be enjoyable.
I hope these will help, because all of these tips are based from my experiences. (Sorry if I'm bad at giving tips.)
