I know the LAST thing you need right now is another message to respond to, but I didn't think this matched any of our other conversations enough to lump in.
Believe it or not, I actually drew out your request. Shocking, isn't it? Anywho, it's all drawn out on paper, scanned on my computer and waiting for vectors and colors. My question now is would you rather I upload what I have now so you can look at it and point out anything you'd like changed, or do you want me to keep it under wraps until it's finished?
If you don't mind my asking, have you heard anything back about how your portfolio did?

I would very much enjoy the surprise. So just keep going on it and do what you think is best. I have no preference.
I actually did hear back on my portfolio, and thankfulness to me I got a $6000 scholarship for it! It made me so excited I immediately picked up the pencil and started something else, which is now in the works. I'm going to keep it a bit of a surprise, because if things go right there will be more where this came from. Also thanks for the advice as well, I plan to post another journal about that and what I plan to do for a future project.

Yep, the money is right from the school, and while it sounds like a lot, it's pretty small in the grand scheme of things, but it's money I don't pay back! So it's good.

Having gone through school myself, I knew 6K wasn't an awful lot (didn't want to burst your bubble). But you're right, it's free money! That's always good.
I had something similar when I went to school, a state-run program called NJ STARS. It was for everyone who had so high a GPA in high school. Sadly, it's not around anymore, so a lot of people in Jersey were mad about that.

It wasn't my college, it was the state of New Jersey. They probably had to get rid of it so quickly because it applied to every eligible student in the state. Luckily, I got grandfathered in.
If you feel like digging around for such a scholarship, I'm sure you'll find one. But alas, schools are rarely ever willing to give out money; at least you got that $6K out of them.
