What do you think about the Pokémon Sun and Moon anime?

I had an English exam, I think I did pretty well on it. (Hopefully) It only took.., around 70/80 mins. Then I hopped onto the first train and fell asleep when I got home. Student life at its best.
Alrighty then, get ready:
Oh bOI, I. LOVE. IT. It's a nice change to see Ash not being busy with only training and battling. It gives him a bit more of a personality that I missed in XYZ. A goofy, fun-loving, caring kid who just wants to see new Pokemon and make friends. (He did some in Xyz, I love XYZ too, but more for the battling and awesome art style.) The school idea was really weird and still is when I think about it. But luckily they didn't dumb him down like in Black and White. And he can still kick a mega evolved Gyarados ass when trying. Loved it. Bless this anime,
The only - note is that there's almost no Ash angst.
I really wish that in Sun and Moon for more serious themes though. Fun and hilarious is great but I also want some angst and something to fantasize about. Like the Litten joins Ash episode, they did an amazing job of handling dark themes. Need. More. of thAT

Considering how alot of people really dislike it...
Honestly, I don´t think so highly on it, but thats only because of the overly detailed, "over the top" expressions...
Wierd faces don´t make comedy...
Other than that, great anime so far
The episode Ash captures Litten is really touching, I did like the old Stoutland and how it taught Litten Firefang X3
and Ash getting a Lycanroc duskform is pretty cool aswell
Also, there is nothing wrong about rambling about something you like X3

Every day, its horrible at the busy-peak hours. If it's too cold I might go with the bus as well. If not, I have to take a train, then ride 10 mins to school on a crappy bike.
Yeah some faces are really awkward to look at, it's the episodes itself that I love. (And the battle style when it comes to that)

I do love the battle style aswell, just saw a few AMVs on youtube, Brock vs Kiawe and Ash vs Misty. Awesome battles! XD
I do not "watch" the episodes, I watch AMVs of the new battles, and Serebii.net got a galleri, nearly every thursday, with pictures from the newly aired (in japan) episode X3
