Gimp. It's comparible and free. I used to have Photoshop but when my laptop bit the dust, I couldn't get it back because I used someone else's copy. I miss it. Admittedly, it's much better. But you learn to work with what you have. ;) (Wink)

I always get my photoshop through... less expensive ways. I know what you mean though. When I first got into graphic design/manips I used Paint Shop Pro.

I wish I had a...less expensive method...at this point, but I can't risk it. But yeah...how was Paint Shop Pro? I think I have a copy floating around somewhere.

Paint Shop wasn't bad. Gimp's probably better from what I hear.
