well its no secret,
rather simple actually
i first apply my layer of red eye shadow.
on the upper eye lid as well as bottom and then shade beneath my eye
then i go just put regular black eyeliner on and kinda smudge it all untill im satisfied

geez. that sounds so easy.. but then when you do it, it's hard. i've tried it already and i can't get the eyeliner smudged right. i've done 2 colored eyeshadow on top and bottom lid. but not as much on the bottom, and it came out okay, but i never got the eyeliner part to work out right.
