Casey, I just wanted to say your fractal work is astounding. Apophysis makes me feel like a caveman who concussed himself stumbling into the wall of his cave.
That said, I rendered and used your 'agate' flame (actually a bit of a derivative of it) in this creation of mine. fav.me/d7nwbot

Well I have made animated Apo fractals before, but in all honesty I just stumbled upon how to make them and can't remember at all what I did. I'm sorry, but try asking around people who have submitted into the "Fractal art>Fractal Animations" gallery, I'm sure you could find someone to help you out.

Looking everywhere for a working direct link to the Apophysis 7x JK 4 version that you recomend in your great "Sperical Gems" tutorial. so far forced to use the first version JK put out! Do you have a working link or a copy of that particular version of Apop that you can direct me to, Please!

Well, I had a link to 2.08 JK in the tutorial--is that one broken or leading you to an older version? In cane you just missed the link, here is the one that is in the tutorial, and what i have been using: [link]

hehe...thanks! I'm glad you really like my tutorial, its always nice to hear a little feedback about it. If you ever decide to upload any fractals(or have them elsewhere on the internet), i would LOVE to see them!
As for the preferred version of Apo, i used JK Mods from here: [link]
I also like to use the 7x version by =Xyrus02 which can be downloaded from here:[link]
Each version has it set of perks and downfalls(why oh WHY can't the 2 devs just smash them both together!?!) For some unknown reason i have a gems flame that refuses to render correctly in 7x, but it think it is something in the actual parameter file, for if i make one from scratch it works fine, and thats why i recommend JK for this tut.
