Did you know that one of the people you watch/follow (PaRappa64) likes to make rude and unnessesary hate comments on other peopleβs work. For example he made a rude and unnecessary hate comment comment on my friend Railfanericβs Bendy fanart saying βMY FUCKING EYES!β My friend deleted his comment and blocked him as a result. My friend is still a rookie too.

Probably should talk about that with people. Emotional pain can't be eased if you don't make efforts to ease it. If its available to you with your current financial situation a therapist could help a lot.
Eating differently might help too. The bacteria in your gut actually have a heavy impact on your emotional state and different foods are favoured by different types which leads to more of that one type. Basically what you need it to achieve a balance as is the case with everything.
