Hi, I'm afraid I don't know much about coloured drawings.
I think, though, looking at your picture that perhaps you leaned a little too hard with your pencil.
As far as I know, with coloured pencil, you're supposed to lean light, and colour in layers, building up depth and tone gradually.
I hope you know what I mean!!!
Hope this helps ...

Hi, thank you for your AWESOME comment on KATE HUDSON!!!!!!!
I have been drawing for nearly one year, if your look at some of my earlier drawings, you will notice that I have improved (thank God!).
The only advise I can give is to practise, practise, practise!!!
Boring, I know, but that's about it ...
Also, try out as many different pencils, paper as you can, until you find something you're comfortable with.
I've tried a few different papers and pencils ... I personally prefer Extra Smooth A3 sized paper and graphite pencils.
Good old tissue paper (or loo roll !!) is great for smudging and tortillons, which you should be able to buy in any good art shop.
If you're drawing from a photo, make sure it's a clear photo.
The bigger, the better.
Most important is the quality of the photo, I have to see every little detail.
I print one out in colour and one in black/white (for the shadows and shading)
Hope this has helped, good luck.
You could also join some of the groups here on dA, there are some awesome artists here who are willing to share their "secrets".
LOL

Thank you very mutch for your advice, btw, I finally looked trhough your older works [K. Hudson is till my favourite though ], they were still so fine compared to the fact that you have started drawin' aprox a year ago!

Anyway, what you wrote me shall be really a boon, I tried to detail my request when I asked for your help, and for my luck, you gave me some Real advieces ^^
I drew a Na'vi in colour, I know its so lame but this is my first colourpicture ever!, I'd appreciate if you would look at it just to justify, where shall I start practicing, and am, where did I totally fu" up ^^"

It was originally a digital work, though, hell, how I hate digital works, its so easy i guess compared to traditional work ^^"
...
Thank you in advance, anyhow
