I've had to deal with that earlier on this year, but it was in a way milder form than yours. Sorry you had to go through all that bullshit.
My case was about some girl who just turned 18 falling in love with me [somehow] and getting so obsessed with me, that she wouldn't stop messaging me, asking me for shirtless photos, and trying to figure out my geographical location.. All while I told her that I was happily engaged and was not at all interested. XD About 2500 notes, >1500 Skype messages, and lots of obscene video calls from her, BAWWWWWing included.

pretend that she did not find you by not post her on your profile, because you can't stop that person - if you post her on your wall. she will really think you still value them and would still harass you, ignoriert them

I know that some people cant accept a NO. I mean I have told this girl more than one time to leave me alone, but she's so obsessed. She even controlled my activities on steam, sent me over 35.000 notes which is so pathetic, even treathened with suicide (she already died 4 or 5 time? can 't remember LOl always returning from the death LOL)..and she was so resistent when telling over and over again to stop to accept the truth. Hey look on the list with accounts on my site, these are not all, the latest haven't been added but they will, just to show the incredible madness and the need for medical advise for the girl. And the most ridicioulus thing is that when the latest account was banned, she is creating new ones, also founding new groups 
Are they going to hang themselves or will they start to live in reality finally?????

no matter who, riga / rita should stop harassing you and other people and should move on. she should not stay in the past.Β
she has an online journal write against you. and my friend has also adviced riga that riga should first find way to cure herself no matter how much she hates because when her problem is cured she will become happy and would not harass other people.Β
but what my friends and I see is, she does not even seek doctor. no matter how, she needs to find her right cure to cure her problem or else she would not even stop and would still change names to find youΒ
I highly doubt if riga would be able to think once and would become mature. keep making deviantart accounts does not help her. not only give troubles to you and those whom she dislikes.Β
as you can see too, she does not even wish to end the whole thing. as long as she does not really try to find help, you would keep being troubled. but you can't control it because it's her own brain to make her find you guys back and harass you guysΒ
I also talked to riga told her dont trouble your name, but she does not even listen and one more name or two more names come out, it's difficult if she does not even seek help.
