Have you ever been IP banned? That's something DeviantART might do if you do this long enough. It's a ban that follows you to other accounts if you fail to follow the rules. It's happened to other vile, toxic users who've done the same thing on multiple accounts.
And again, I haven't seen any art done by you, so I can just assume it's better than everyone else's. You wouldn't 'critique' someone without having the artistic talent to back it up, would you? That'd be just plain silly.
