Have you tried other computers in the house to see if it says the same thing? It could be your IP address if that is so.

Well I dont know what to tell you, thats a bad problem. I dont know how to fix it. All you can do is wait and hope that eventually they fix the problem. You could also try changing your IP address, but you'd need help from your parents with that. Good luck.
