Yes, actually. What did you use to make this? This is actually what I think a female Medic would look like.
I hate it when they make Fem Medic some kind of naughty nurse. It just looks like some whore in a bad Halloween costume. Know what I mean?

1. I used MS Paint and Pixlr (which is a free online graphics editor similar to Photoshop)
2. I agree SO! I feel like drawing a picture of a naughty nurse Fem Medic being murdered by my Fem Medic.
Here's my critique:
Let's start with the positive traits. She looks cute, cool, and I just LOVE her expression. Also, you draw weapons better than I do. Your Medic would be OK on the battlefield, but these points, though minor, might need some more thought about if they're actually going to let her do her best. The male Medic's sleeves seem to be tucked into his gloves. She has a short-sleeved coat, which looks somewhat unprofessional. If a bullet hit her in that area, she'd probably take extra damage. However, Scout wears short sleeves so mainly the unprofessional thing bothers me. Your female Medic wears a skirt. It doesn't cover the knees and looking at its design, it might restrain movement. Also, what happened if one of the classes decided to be perverted and looked under her skirt? If her skirt was a little more loose, was a bit longer, and she wore tights or stockings under it, it would be more acceptable. Pants are even better. (below the knees, of course). She's also kind of skinnyish looking, and I feel she needs some weight if she isn't going to be pushed around or can't hold her own Medigun.
No offense, though. I'm trying to give a few tips.

2. THANK YOU! The only people who appreciate the "Naughty Nurse" Medic are drooling fanboys! Heck, a lot of male TF2 fans hate Fem Medic pictures like that, simply because it doesn't even look like Medic! Unless pin-up style art is your thing, you shouldn't be drawing Medic like that...
3. Thank you, some of my buddies have said the expression on her face is perfect... XD I thought that might be something people complain about. And weapons are one of the hardest things to draw for me, so I'm glad you appreciate them! o.o
My thing is, I don't like to make my female mercenaries look TOO MUCH like the guys, or else it'll seem like I hardly changed a thing. Something I read once when designing characters, is that just by a silhouette, people should be able to tell who your characters are. So I try to make the designs differ from not only the male TF2 cast, but the other female TF2 character designs.
Her sleeves probably should be longer, but then again, like you said, there's Scout, so... What I was kind of going for was a rolled up sleeve look, because when Medic is treating wounds and injuries, getting blood all over long sleeves would be annoying and a pain to deal with (especially since the coat itself is white...) but then again, this is Medic we're talking about. (He loves blood...)
I seem to have a problem with drawing pencil skirts! It's what I was going for with my Fem!Spy, but in the end, it ends up looking like a too-tight miniskirt, dang nabbit. :/
And Medic is a smaller character, so that's why I made her kind of tiny-looking, but you do have a good point, she'd need to be a bit bigger in order to lug the Medigun.
I'm getting better and better at drawing bodies, so stuff can change.

1. I edited original concept and shaded in MS Paint, then made it transparent and used "Bevel" and "Drop Shadow" on pixlr's layer styles to make it look 3D ish. (copied layer first and did it on layer copy)
2. I saw a picture of a Fem Medic with a dress so short it could almost be a shirt with a zipper down it, and the zipper was unzipped so you could see part of the boobs. She had hair down to her butt which was kind of big), a garter belt (to hold up panties which where showing, and thigh length boots. She had an H cup and a cheesy, fake nurse hat. UGH! 
3. You should put stockings under skirts. No garter belts though. Overly-sexy, impractical, and cliche.

1. Oho? I have no idea how to use a lot of drawing programs...
2. It's almost unavoidable! People just can't seem to help themselves! You can't ever NOT run into a genderbend of ANY character that isn't overly sexy! What is with people... -.-
3. Ugh, god no. No garter belts anytime soon. Looks to sexy. I can't see ANY Female Mercenary wearing something like that.

The only mercenary I can see wearing lipstick on the battlefield is SPY! Not every character in the game. :/
