Hey!
So, I saw on a SolarSands video that you wanted him to give you some advice, so I hope it's alright with you that I give some too.
Before I say anything else, I'd recommend that you stick to traditional art (paper and pencil and stuff like that) before venturing into the world of digital art. Find your own style and get comfortable with it, AKA be able to draw it at a moment's notice.
So, in your comment, you were asking about your shading. If you want to use shading, you need a light source, so you'd need to have highlights along with shading to capture a more realistic feel. Also, don't shade with just black, and don't highlight with just white. Only using those makes drawings look very flat, which is the complete opposite of what shading is supposed to accomplish. And make sure you stay in the lines.
Your anatomy also needs some work. What I always do is look at pictures and videos. If you want to draw a cat, for example, look up a skeleton of a cat to see how everything fits. Watch some cats walking around. Same goes for people; I like going to a crowded place and just observing how people move (oh geez that sounds creepy) to get a feel on how to do anatomy. If you're doing a cartoon-styled character, like Sans, look up as many pictures that other people have drawn of him. Since he's a skeleton, looking up an actual picture of a skeleton could help when it comes to drawing him.
Sorry for the long comment, but I hope this works!

Thanks for all the criticism I've been getting from you and others! Thanks for the help on improving, and if you'd look at my newest deviation and see some improvements, that'd be great and also:" Same goes for people; I like going to a crowded place and just observing how people move (oh geez that sounds creepy)" (I died out laughing oml)
