Hawk begins to speed up, until she's zooming enough to flatten the grass as she passes, then grabbing a rabbit from the field and landing a little ways away, setting it down then chasing her sister

The Hawk sisters are suddenly grabbed by unknown paws. "Twolegs!" Hawk shouts to her sister. Hawky manages to escape but before she can grab Hawk, Hawk is carried away.

Hawk starts struggling in the twoleg's arms, desperate to get away. The twoleg shouts something to Hawk and then strikes her head with it's pink paw. Hawk winces in pain. She tries to bite and scratch the twoleg but the way it's holding her makes the task impossible. Hawk's pretty sure she's done for when she gets thrown into a monster. She sees Hawky come close to her. "Sorry." Hawk mutters as the monster growls and runs away from Hawky.

Hawk is staring at the entrance to the twoleg nest in longing. "HAWKY!!" she mewls loudly like a kit crying for it's mother. Hawk sees the entrance open. A twoleg kit grabs Hawk and starts choking her while stroking her head. "Hawky, hope you're having a better time than me! I'm getting killed by a twoleg kit!' "I'd rather be stuck in RiverClan for a moon than be here!" Hawk cries.

"My name is Hawkfire!" Hawk growls. The twoleg cocks her head in confusion. "Gah! Never mind, ignorant mouse-brain!"

Hawk grabs the bottom of the window and tries to pull it up. The window opens a little. Hawk scrambles out. The two run away but Hawk gets shocked. It's the collar! "I need to get this off!" Hawky and Hawk pull the collar off and run almost to WindClan territory when Hawky yelps in pain. Hawk spins around and sees Hawky in the adult twoleg's paws. Hawk speeds to the twoleg and grabs it's leg. The twoleg kicks Hawk away. Hawk yelps. Her ribs got broken. "HAWKY!!" Hawk yowls and follows the twoleg.
