The note was about me not being able to do your request back from November. I'm very sorry, but with life being so busy and all, I just don't have the time to do free requests anymore, especially those that are complex/take a lot of time to do. Oooh...sorry. I don't have the equipment for that kind of thing and I'm not tech savvy either. I can tell you that I start off with Colerase colored pencil, ink the sketch with pen, and color with Copic markers. Study anatomy and model sheets, and look up tutorials for lighting and shadowing. Experiment and practice practice practice. Hope this helps!
