I am blown away by Trespasser.
It's more than just a DLC... it's the end of Inquisition. Y'know how DLCs normally just add a bit of extra content, HAHA, for you to do while doing the main quests?
you can't play Trespasser till you complete the game. And then you can't just keep doing previous quests. Once you start Trespasser, you're not getting to do the rest of the game.
AND FOR GOOD REASON.

Everything I thought about Solas, ever since I saw the end credits... Everything I guessed pretty much came true. AND MORE. They gave more of a backstory to the Dread Wolf! You and I did think that the Dalish were telling tall tales, right? Tales that may have gotten twisted with each telling?
Well, there is a kernel of truth to all the stories... but I was right to think that Solas was mostly good!!

Okay so I watched the end of it and yeah I REALLY WANT TO PLAY. But I don't feel like shelling out 60+15 or pirate it but have to play the damn thing again (i have a play through on pc that I obtained but it freezes at this one point at You Heart Shall Burn after the avalanche but I don't know how to fix it via consol controls because the shitty engine barely has any controls. Meaning I can't trigger or skip that empty snow trot)
Yeah I like Solas's plan becuase it's flawed and short sighted and he is so convinced of it it's wonderful. I wanna get the theological smack down I hoped Inquisition would be. Now the person I watched was a fucking weak little shit that was only really sad that Solas wouldn't fuck her anymore so I am drawing how it SHOULD have gone down. (just a huge "I'll prove you wrong motherfucker. Don't think I will just lye down and die with your hand cooing me motherfucker..." more in the thingy)

Okay sorry but on tumblr that is all he is. I love the guy but I found it so SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO disappointing that that confrontation with his father was all his story lead up to. My real inquisitor was HE's with him (an not in the 'gay best friend' way. They were like actuall friends. And to my warden she is like "you are my child, I must care for your precious self, have a blanket I wove that has your initials on it so you don't loose it" but she's like that with all her mages. What is his story?

OMG it is sooo good. It starts off at the Winter Palace 2 years later, and you get to hang out with all yourΒ companions, find out what they were doing, lala... then, there's this clever sequence where the AUDIENCE/PLAYER knows that the Inquisition is chasing Solas, but the Inquisitor obviously doesn't. (We saw the end credits) And while the Inquisition is chasing Solas, they find all sorts of stories about the Dread Wolf. And you learn more about the Elves/ Enurian. Dorian was my man through out this bit, and I love the example he chimed in... The Elves had slaves. They enslaved their own people, and branded them with the Valaslin. The False Gods were the Enurian... and they were not gods because they were merely very powerful Elven mages. As Dorian chimed in, they were essentially Elven Magisters.
Solas rose up against them... because the Enurians killed Mythal (who was one of them, btw...and she was also Solas's friend) Solas wanted to teach these False Gods a lesson... so as you might have seen, he banished them into the Fade...by creating the Veil.
HOLY SHIT THIS IS HUGE FOR DRAGON AGE. Elves predate Tevinter and the Circles and shit! SOLAS is responsible for the way the world works! Sera is stupid for not believing any of this Elvish junk!
I told you before that my Ellana chose all the FIST options for her break up with Solas... so Solas at the end of the story said, "You were right to be mad... I hope you can understand someday..."
So I chose options for Ellana to try to UNDERSTAND Solas. She was truly heartbroken, and that's why she was sad. She wanted to come with him, she didn't want to see him go at it alone... but Solas chose to become her enemy... Sooooo... Ellana angrily DISSOLVED the Inquisition so as to focus on saving her friend...from himself.
OH, if you romance Cullen, you get to marry him in Trespasser
uhm... IDK I never felt like Dorian was just a tool. I don't look at much internet crap though. He felt like a person to me, and I totally believe that he and my Inquisitor are best friends. LOL @ Dorian/Bull banter
So in 2 years, Dorian is an ambassador to Tevinter. He comes to the Winter Palace to represent Tevinter, and because he was in the Inquisition, blah blah. But then you find out moments later that his father was murdered, and still had Dorian as his heir!! In short, Dorian becomes a Magister!! And he actually forms a group who think the same as him to transform Tevinter into something decent. He brings this magical amulet, though, that lets him talk to his best friend, the Inquisitor. I really love that bit of the story. It's either for moral support or advice, no one knows

so as you progress through Trespasser, your mark literally starts to kill you. Right? And I had Dorian with me the whole time... and I LOVED all the worry he had for his friend!! He'd always say something like, "The mark again? Just hang in there!"
Omg, talk about the most OP power though... your mark gained more powers as you follow Solas... At first it's handy... It gains focus faster, it blast back enemies, it makes your party briefly immortal... then suddenly it gets to the point where it starts gaining focus a little TOO fast, and I mean that because if your focus meter reached maximumΒ it would BLOW UP and damage the whole party!
I HAD TO KEEP USING FOCUS POWERS LOLOLOL
I guess it was no problem for Ellana since I chose Knight Enchanter for her... and all the enemies were pretty difficult and kept wiping out Dorian and Varric... soΒ literally used my almost full meter for revivals like...all the time

like I did the Deep Roads on Hard Mode... it was hard but I did it...GODDAMN THAT STUPID DRAGON. I really had to be clever there... my cleverness was... everytime it focused a character, I would use that character to run around while the other 3 KILL IT TO DEATH.

Hahah oh that one was easy for me since Alister was king and I got the genaric warden. However I banished the wardens because I thought keeping them close to Coriphyus would be more harful and I could deal without them. BAD CHOICE.
So next you'll be changing the badies into the forest with Morrigan. I suggest doing all companion quests now if possible. You can still afterwards but I found myself accedently swept up in the main story
Okay so once you finish the game I know a video that translates the interaction. What the demon probably said was "I tell you, noble rebel, you will have no relif from your loss. Your pride is dead" or alternatively "Tell me, Trickster. Your victory means nothing. Your pride emerges from your dead." Solas replies with "Nothing is inevitable," or "Inevitability is nothing.

goddammit I got the generic guy too...which makes no sense since my Lyna took Alistair with her, and left Anora in charge. (SRSLY wtf is up with the website? I filled it all out and I thought I imported it into the game. in fact when I started the game I even clicked the file IMPORT FROM THE KEEP)
