While i dont agree with Olovnis comment, i do wonder why you left the group. Our comments wern't a 'give up' more of a 'try again'. If you had submitted Red Terror vs Necron instead, we very well might have accepted it. Your Winged hive tyrants are good too. In fact, compaired to your usual standard, necron breakfast is rather dissapointing.

I left because your friend Olovnis is a troll, and when questioned on how to get my photograph submitted to your group, he gave no constructive criticizm only insults.
I won't be part of any group who allows the admin to speak to its members that way. Oh and because it appears that he's now blocked me after calling me an "idiot," you can tell him he's been reported to dA.

wow. i mean, thats so totaly blown out of proportion. He may be alittle blunt, but he told you exacly why it wasnt accepted. At the group, we recently desided to put forward much stricter guidelines to what was and wasnt allowed to be accepted. He mearly pointed out the aspects of why it wasnt accepted. He wasnt, in fact, giving you critizizm at all, but simply telling you what needed fixing, beliving you could figgure it out on your own. After all, we get around 15+ deviations a day subitted. generally 5 of these are not accepted, and so many have nothing to do with 40K. We often grab what time we can inbetween our day jobs to moderate, so we dont have time to do detailed descriptions on every deviation. Olovnis may lack tact, but his comments on the submission process where valid, and pretty standard for the group.
I do agree however that he was a touch out of line calling you an idiot, but you shouldnt get worked up over that. Sertenly reporting him is an over reaction.

The face. I first made the pattern, then I covered up the parts that should stay clear and coloured the rest black.

Your other photo of the same two models is a much better photo with both models in focus, and would have been accepted (though it would go to WIP as both models are not done)."
