Your friend , iHolyElement, has ripped his portfolio page from [link]
he downloaded it from a 3rd party website and has not even given any credits. He simply changed around the colors. I just hope that people who buy his services realizes that his work, namely his portfolio page, is not original. Sorry if this seems intrusive, but I feel obliged to bring attention to this issue.

And yes i have a right to not hear criticism, its called faith. If you know the true definition of faith it means im right and your wrong. When someone has faith theyre right and youre wrong. So of course theyre not going to deal with your criticism.

I reponded to them with proof. Lots of links to back me up.
But the point is. They didn't ask. They just assumed I didn't. And deleted it all.
It's all still pending I guess. But when you only get responses like "refer to the rules section blah blah blah" I really don't hold out any hope.
See, here's a real flaw in the system. Which I pointed out to them.
When you submit an piece, what mechanism does DA have that allows you to show the proof?
Linking? Well, that can't be. Just because you link doesn't mean it's yours.
Simply stating you have permission? Well, that's not on. Who's to say you're telling the truth.
Written/email proof? Well, that can be forged.
So what?
The rules state that you must have permission. How do you show it?
See. That's why (IMO) DA just deletes. No asking, no nothing. Because they realise that the about as mentioned can be dodgy.

If you get the images from a stock source allowed on dA you can direct them to that site, show the images or show them how to contact the original creator of the image.
Sure it can be forged but dA staff, and everyone else, can easily see if someone has forged an e-mail or not based on how the person who contacts them writes, what the e-mail says and how it is structured as well as the e-mail address itself.

There is various grunge which belongs to DA members. Also given credit. And my own
The girl on the left. I'm having trouble finding. There's like 5000 pages of results for like "girl on a white background" etc. As well as the small car.
But I'll find them and send them tommorow. I'm already late for work.

Don't get cocky now but it was probably assumed to be stolen simply because it is so unique and good.
But sending those links to the admins and explain it properly should get your images back up.
