I know!! I think it's BS, saying that his suicide note could mean that he had a hand in her coverup and felt guilty. In my opinion, he was grieving. Yeah, he probably felt guilty, but not about covering the death up. Don't we all blame ourselves when we lose a loved one, whether it's our fault or not? I know I do! "If only I'd done this, if only I hadn't done that, if only I'd treated them better." I think that's how he felt.

I think that was BS to claim she was molested in the opening statements and then say NOTHING about it during questioning. So he basically just ruined George Anthony's life for nothing. And even if she WAS molested, which I don't think she was... Lots of people get molested and turn out fine! That's not an excuse!

I used to be considering a career in forensics. (At least until my writing career took off.) After this trial made me realize that I would have to work on cases involving murdered children, I began to have doubts. After today, I can never have a career in forensics, because right now I certainly have no faith in the justice system, and right now I'm not sure I ever will.

I started bawling when they said not guilty. That someone like that will be able to live freely just illustrates everything that's wrong with the world. The only thing that is keeping me somewhat grounded about it is my belief in karma. I hold in my heart of hearts that someday what she did will catch up to her.

Someone else theorized that, like Joran van der Sloot, she might kill someone else. (That is, if someone doesn't kill her first.) To me, it's not a question of if, it's when. When that happens, I hope to God she gets put in the slammer. But she probably would. I mean, you get charged with murdering your kid, you get off, another kid of yours dies, and that's a coincidence?
