It's a (kin of) club. Every week we go to the zoo (Artis, duhXD) and we'll draw animals. It's very cool. I made the sealions over there.

You are going to be a hell of an artist if you keep up your work.

Your life drawings look very good and human. Jack Sparrow boasted your skill in color coordination.

I would recommend that you get darker with your pencil drawings. All the shadows could stand to be a grade darker, and make sure they meld into each other.

I'm not an expert at all, and you are far better than me when it comes to grabbing the likeness of a person, so I'm just suggesting things I've been advised to do and what I"ve seen others do.

Go darker, and make the shadows meld into each other and you're going to kick absolute ass my man.

Thank you for the amazing compliments and the advice! I agree I should darken some of my drawings, but the lightness only comes out until I scan them. I'll keep it in mind though.

I've still got a long way to go, but I'll keep practicing Thanks!

hey cool gallery egt heel mooi maar zoals iemand hiervoor ook al zei, zou je de foto's ff kunnen resizen. Want de thumb is nu een beetje te klein om goed de details te zien en volledige grootte is egt veel te groot Ze moet trouwens meer gaan schilderen je cpt. Jack sparrow is echt gewoon geweldig

do you use ink and water or are you using black watercolor for your pieces (battle at sea, righteous fire and creature by the water)? when i was using inks i would smear with some water, this is why I ask.

For the Battle at Sea, Righteous Fire and the Creature by the Water I've used black watercolour; from a simple ten-colour box that is usually meant for children I believe.. hehe.. I was able to water it down, but it is lighter than ink, and thus a lot safer for me.

Maak je foto's van je tekeningen is wat kleiner, gewoon even resizen ofzo, het volledige plaatje is nu te groot voor me beeldscherm
Tenzij je resolutie van 1600x1200 hebt natuurlijk...
