I've noticed, a lot of youtubers who play video games (Markiplier, Arin and Danny from Game Grumps, literally all of the Achievement Hunter crew) are really cute o3o video games must make people cute.

Drinking something warm before bed like tea helps, and so does listening to soft relaxing music
also! There's a weird trick I learned that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but it's called the 7/11 trick, and you breath in for 7 seconds and out for 11.
