Hello I am a fellow artist like you and wanted to give you some advice on your ocs! Im not sure how much development they have gone through but I wanted to say that your character designs seem way too hectic. You place too many designs and modifications on them making them some what of an eye strain. You also don't pick very great colors to go with them either. But keep up the amazing work! You'll get to be an amazing artist I know it! Especially with character design!

You're right (: I don't have any art on this account and for good reason! I also have been on Deviant for a very long time. I am just now though finally seeing others in my community that I would really love to give advice to without being shunned truly. Some people seem they can not take criticism and if I were to come out and give pointers I would be thrown out of my community which is sad.Β Β
And I do of course not know what everyone likes but I want to give advice to help improvement and show flaws that can be fixed.Β

I'm just saying, you have weird af priorities bud. If someone prefers to draw and use certain colors, fine. Good on them.
I'd be more concerned with the context and content though. Even badly drawn art can send a good or bad message, you know.

Everyone has their own styles yes but it doesn't mean you can excuse (for example) bad anatomy, by saying it's an art style!Β
Oh and do not worry I will be getting to those problems too, I do see a ton of bad behavior of very popular artist and non popular artist.Β
I can say right now that by this person not responding probably didn't take my advice which is exactly what I was expecting. They don't seem to want improvement.

Bad anatomy... You DO realize that's how the characters are designed in the official series, right?
Like, the ACTUAL SHOW? You don't legit expect people to draw the exact same way as the series artists do, do you?
BTW, there are reasons some characters look the way they do. Just because they don't look the way YOU want them, or YOU personally find them unappealing, doesn't mean the other people who watch this person for their art feel the same.
Come back when you have proof of your last batch of claims. THEN maybe I'll take you as more than some loser trying to put others down for their art. Until then, go to an art school and learn to draw yourself, then come back and tell everyone how' easy' it was.
