Um, I wish I had a deep psychological explanation for you.
But it just started out with me noticing that none of the characters in DC (canon, at least) really show their sad side. Understandably, as Harmonix wouldn't want to create a fun game where none of the characters were happy.
So I just wanted to show something different. Hope each of them cope with outrageous upset.
Glitch cries, Mo gets angry, Bodie becomes contemplative, etc etc...
It was just something fun to try! I love DC and I love Dark Art.
