Hello~ Thanks for the invite!

Oh crud! So uh. I recently submitted a bunch of art into the fan art folder, but I wasn't sure if they actually should have gone into the sketch folder. 

Ex. I had put these in the fan art folder, because I considered them as cleaned up, completed pencil drawings.
     

Ex. However, I placed this one into the sketch folder, because it is not cleaned and incomplete.
   

Would you rather me put them all into the sketch folder, or continue submitting as I did? (The majority of what I do is pencil art.) Last thing I want to do is burden you guys with submitting to the wrong folders.

I'm currently working on a title cover of the 1st episode of SneakAttack! to celebrate their upcoming 100th episode! (In 2 and a half weeks.) And I FINALLY drew a Greaek that I am happy with. (I need to practice Dwarf anatomy...) I'm also gonna do a title cover for episode 70, "The Colonel," so I can add Colonel Sterling into the celebration with the whole gang!

Trying to add to your usual "cool beans?"  
If I did, I'd probably add a "congratulations Sherwood for making it 100 Eps without going down in a fight." That's something to be proud of. Greaek was the 2nd longest at 21 episodes. (Although the Colonel is now second, I believe. Sterling is built like a tank though! He eats damage like it's no big deal.)

I'm turning these into full colored pieces. Gotta put my nose to the grindstone and get them done by the deadline! I can't work on my clay figure that I was planning on making either... (it's Sherwood, of course!)

I'm beside myself.  While on the one hand I doubt I'll ever see the sketches you said you'd do ... on the other hand I'm glad you're getting paid to do art.  You've got some skill ... and are officially on the list of "People I really wish I could commission."  There are a grand total of two people on that list.

But, yes. As far as writing a story goes, that happens pretty frequently for me too. XD (have paused on two big Luca Story projects because of this.)

Aww, don't call it crap. I think you should finish it and revise/clean it up, and it would make a decent story. I know it was a big experiment, and it was great practice for your later works, so don't go throwing it out so quick. At least think of it as the work that really jump started your literary presence on DA. The grandfather of your writing. Give it more credit. You mercilessly ripped my heart out with it.

Speaking of crap that got revised, I got something I need to post. One of those "draw it again" things. Have a WIP that I had started right before joining the school. A few nights ago, I made another WIP that happened to be in a similar position. I compared the two and, pfft! There is such a huge jump in skill, it's not even funny.

Oh boy!    I look forward to it.

A lot of my revisions are mental and on the fly.  Remember in DM, Serene was going to be killed in the first book early on, by Eric.  The change was made on the fly as a result of how the story and characters were developing.  Also Serene was going to be a romantic interest competing with Rebecca.  Again ... that changed.  Heh, trivia.

But skill?  Well, if I have any skill, I don't think there's been a jump as much as a long adventure that if the audience sees later works I would hope that there's a noticeable difference between early and later.

Lol. I wish it was! He's a survivor and naturally protective. Even if he knew I was the author that messed with his life. He has a weak spot for caring for women and children. XD
Looks like it's Yugi Mutou (and by extension, Yami/Atem too) I just nerded like crazy to Tori today. I'm not sure that they're gonna be any help. I'm taller than them by 3 inches. (Yugi's 5') And they're mostly dorky little nerds. Unless we were in some sort of game, I'll have a hard time surviving. At least we'd all be optimists.

It depends on how you count it.  The last short story I wrote, Professional the main character, Ben, probably wouldn't talk a lot.  He and I would coexist, but that's about it.  If you count quick questionnaires, I did an "Eight Character Facts" on Sonja from Paradox, and she and I would probably get along alright.

By the way, you might like Professional.  It has some mild psychological warfare.  I hope "mild" is an understatement.

Of course, I kind of wish the last bit I wrote would have been Soroya.  She's more personable than Sonja.  (And I hope you read that piece sometime.  I did something in it that I haven't really done before and I'm wondering who is noticing).

Glass Reflections is on my list of subscriptions.  He also reviewed Last Exile  I've found that when I watch something he's reviewed - I usually watch his review after I see the show - he and I have quite similar opinion.  His reaction to Black Butler II was hilarious, especially that part where he ranted about the whole plot (edited in the review - but he put the whole spiel in a separate video ... that alone was funny).
