Pig... I should think. It's been like super processed and what ever. I think it might be along the lines of just scrape what's not ham into its own separate vat or whatever.

Spam can be credited to the Allies' victory in WWII, you know. So don't go condescending it. XD

i actually knew that fact about WWII my grandfather fought in that war and i always noticed he seemed to always have a can of spam in his house and he told me all about it. Although my mother never lets me eat any of it so i just assumed it was bad for you. My mom is desperately trying to get me to lose weight, you think she would give up since she had been trying to get me to lose weight ever since i was like ten and it just never works out....

Persistency is the key to any endeavor! I believe you could do it if you put your mind to it and really wanted. I know I can’t talk, because I have the will power of aluminum XD… she just wants you to have a long life. And yeah, spam would fall into the “not so healthy” group. But so does chips, fench-fries, hamburgers and pizza.
