Thanks for posting the tutorial on the Master Sword. I've always wanted to cosplay Link and I'm finally getting everything together for it but I was at a complete loss about the weaponry. The tutorial was fantastic because I know more about wood than foam and fiberglass. haha Thanks again and I love your work.

I had one question on the scabbard. How was that put together? I have an idea but I wanted to ask to make sure XD

I used the box method. Lie the sword down on a piece of wood and measure around it etc.

Wow! Your swords are truly amazing! I make foam swords for LARPs, and i think im gonna borrow your pictures for model purposes for a couple of swords im gonna get involved! (Basically Link´s master sword and the awaken Benihime :P (Lick) )

The version I made is it's Shikai release. In it's suppressed form it's a small blade in his cane.

Yes, I noticed. Under the classification of what type of sword it is, do you know? i.e. Is it a long sword, katana, scimitar, etc.

I've kinda been out of touch with DA recently, and haven't had any inspiration to make anything.
With the weather deteriorating here in the UK I might have more time to spend in the workshop in coming months.
Problem I have is I always want to make something that means something to me, or inspires me. And I've run out of ideas :( (Sad)

then how about asking for people to show you cool sword designs that you might not have seen yet and that might spring up some inspiration, thats what I do, people show me swords from different animes and manga's I refuse everytime but its the inspiration I get in return
