ah. Yeah, cloud also scales to dissidia stuff, but in a normal battle, it makes more sense to just use his FF7 and FFT showings

That really depends on the media you're looking at, honestly.

The original Visual Novels? City-Mountain based on statements of being comparable to nuclear warheads.

Games like Fate/Grand Order? There are legit feats of destroying entire universal timelines that servants scale to.

The god tiers honestly make things like true Darkseid and Infinity Gauntlet Thanos look like a joke. Not exaggerating.
