Do NOT buy from this artist. I ordered a Shiny Sylveon through their Etsy shop last December and the plush was due to ship in February. Never order through Paypal for something that will take more than 45 days to arrive, because you are then ineligible to open a case against the seller for a refund. The plush never shipped, I opened a case on Etsy, and the seller never answered. I sent multiple requests for status on shipment even before opening a case.
The Etsy store is since closed. I suppose that's what I get for buying from a someone with only a few reviews, but I was attempting to support an artist just starting out.

did you ever bother to think that the postal office fucked up? Or maybe she didn't have enough stamps? Instead of bitching on her profile the least you could've done was ask her nicely what had happened. She's a nice girl, she's watched me on both of my accounts and I know she has a good heart. There was probably just a malfunction. Hope your happy, she probably read this and felt like she didn't even deserve to do commissions anymore because one MAYBE 2 packages weren't successfully shipped. Learn to think good sir. Excuse me, but did you bother to read our policy when you bought your item? It takes time to actually construct your order. And there was also a vending job at a convention to prepare for on top of that. It says clearly on the website that we need time to actually MAKE your item. I need time to make it look good. Plushies don't grow on trees :c. I have over 50 orders, and at least 20 of those are Renamons. There is a queue and an order in which items are made. If you had a problem, or suspicion, you also could have emailed me any time, rather then post such comments to my non-official deviantart page. I have my business email available on the website at all times.

Oh and by the way :c. That's not my pay-pal. All the shops profits go to Kafae, who then pays the artist who makes the item. You'd be filing a complaint against someone who has nothing to do with you. And again, you could have messaged me any time (I can do rush orders for free o-o ).
