When there is people on the waiting list, it means that the empty factions must be filled for all 3 people to be accepted. uvu
So right now you could either go withΒ Aldebaran and Mesarthim. Depending on which you pick, you and the other person on the waiting list (assuming that your App was acceptable) will have to wait for that last empty Faction spot to be filled.
