go to your username and click the little arrow next to it.
The drop-down menu should include 'edit settings'
click that.
Then go '
Change your avatar on that page.
BUT THE AVATAR MUST MUST MUST MUST BE SIZE 50x50 PIXELS OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
so go into PSE or something and resize the image.
