Oh, hey! I've been doing well, lots of stuff has happened this year so I fell all out of practice on my pixel art. So much for "finishing all my old projects" XD
Gonna try to get at least a few things wrapped up before I get back to artwork, but I think I'm gonna be more active on here again.
Anyways, guess some elaboration's in order. I've moved out of my parents' house and am living with a friend I met in college last year. Transferred to a new school, and this town and school are sooo much bigger than back home. The school alone takes up like 8 blocks, and that's just the main campus. Big adjustments.
Anyway, that about sums up the immediate stuff. How are things on your end? I sorta fell off the wagon on checking deviantart so I haven't been keeping up

Hey, no worries. I fell out of practice on writing and drawing too because of a few rollercoasters this year.
Ohhh, I see! Is the school like, um, friendly? Are the lessons hard? Have you already taken a major or is it not time yet?
Me? Rollercoasters. Looking forward to leave period.
I'm a computer science major. So far it's actually easier than the smaller college back home, and most of the classes are super fun too!
My roommate, on the other hand... heh heh. She's going through hell on earth with her chemistry. She's managing though, just makes her a tad bitchy on occasion. XD
As far as the friendliness of the school, it doesn't have the small town charm that my old school had. No individual student really seems to matter here, you're just a number to the school as a whole. That said, the individual classes are about the same size as what I'm used to for the most part, and all the professors are really nice and helpful. I've made a good amount of new friends up here too. Even met another pixel artist the other day!

Hmm, probably because it's a big school and people, teachers and students alike, just gave up on mingling with everyone because it would take forever? But either way, it's nice that things don't diverge too much from your initial surroundings and that the authorities are cooperative.
Weh, I've never met a deviant at school! But then again, I never introduce myself as one. I might've run into one and neither of us know it.

Hurricane was just a lot of wind and rain, slept through pretty much the whole thing and there was no damage to my house.
Things are gonna pick up next week probably because there are loads of exams. I think there's like 3 exams in one day actually at one point. Still enjoying it though so far.

Aaay, happy new year! 2nd semester up here has done a begin. Such math, much number.
Really interesting stuff though, and I finally have some programming classes again! ^ _ ^
A lot of stuff has gone on over the last month or two, looks like my living arrangements are gonna change after this semester, so that's gonna be interesting.
Artwork never did come off the back burner, but it appears that I have more free time now, so MAYBE I can get my arse in gear and start doing stuff again, if I can find the motivation.
Yeah, some of the super-expensive and high-end printers can print human tissue and other complicated stuff, mine can pretty much only handle plastics though. Still awesome.
Speaking of, the printer has proven to be a bit of a problem child. My friend and I are still working on getting it fully operational, and progress is slow but steady. Some people have asked for prints of cosplay props and things when it's properly running, so I may post pics of some of the more aesthetic prints once I start cranking them out.
Side note: THAT MEGAMAN 11 ANNOUNCEMENT HAS ALL OF MY HYPE.
Anyway, that's a rant of sufficient length I think XD

It looks like my new roommate is gonna be a good friend with similar taste in nearly everything, aesthetics, entertainment, food, so I think I'll get along great with him.
Yes, I'm charging for the prints, mostly just to replace the filament, plus a bit extra for the effort it takes to model the parts. Might be able to actually make something worth my while out of it if I'm lucky.
I would love a new X game. It's entirely possible if 11 does well. Hopefully it turns out alright.

I made it using many characters/creatures/robots/etc that I've made in the past piled together on some islands that I made using a tileset, and stone letters that I drew spelling out what would be my username if I wasn't too cheap to change it XD

I actually had a question, Intel Artificia is really interesting, but I'm not sure if there's actually a full fledged story yet. I scanned through your gallery a bit but I couldn't find anything that explained it.

It's a full-fledged story; it has an entire storyline, backstory, lots of worldbuilding (I'm in IT, so I really hit this hard), and then there's also the characters. The same applies to my other story/series, except that one has waaaay more stuff lmao.
I'm not really into posting my full story info though on dA or anywhere else because well, kind of embarrassed to say it, but I'm really insecure when it comes to publicly sharing it. That's also why I deleted the character profiles I had up

Usually if people ask for information or have questions, I'll share; it's the aspect of posting it publicly, like on an account, that freaks the hell out of me. I actually don't have anything aside from some worldbuilding stuff and character profiles written out, I'm a pretty big procrastinator when it comes to getting my ideas out on paper -_-
Social anxiety is the bane of my existence sometimes, hard to make friends with the same hobbies :^(
