Just noticed that a large majority of the pets are male.

All pets brought into the agency as adults have been male... Breeding for females right now is not difficult at all.
As for helping, we are not even sure what could be the cause. We find no evidence of our females dying, there just seems to be a shortage. For now it seems like we can only wait.
