The SMG4 Legacy. I changed that title from Bourne to SMG4.

Okay, you can download MUGEN by typing MUGEN 1.0 or WinMUGEN in google, you'll need a program known as WinRAR. To add characters, go to select.def, and type in the character's folder name, make sure their .def file is the same name as their folder. To add stages download a stage and drag it into the stages folder then go to select.def again, and type in the following:
stages/stagename.def
P.S. Look on YT for more stages, and characters.
